Our bed milling machines, portal milling machines, drilling machines and CNC vertical lathes with a C-axis and driven tools enable us to offer our customers a multitude of drilling and milling services. We are able to process virtually every component, regardless of the material required and from the smallest diameters right up to a maximum diameter of 6 metres and a construction height of just under 3000mm.

The fact that our CNC machines can be connected in a network enables us to transfer your drawings and sketches in common file formats to our various control systems.

Flanges based on ASME standards
We design and manufacture flanges in accordance with the ASME standards, for example for use in pressure vessels. Our flanges are suitable for a variety of different pressures depending on the design used. We supply flanges in accordance with the following ASME standards: ASME B 16.5, B 16.47  Series A and Series B.

Welding flanges with attachment pieces and slip-on flanges
These flanges are slid onto the pipe with their attachment pieces and then welded on. We supply welding flanges in accordance with standards DIN 86029 and DIN 86030.

Smooth flanges and collars
When required in smaller dimensions, these types of flange are normally manufactured from sheet metal. In the case of larger flanges, a bending process is used to bend flat bar steel into rings, turn it and/or drill it.

We supply smooth flanges in accordance with the following standards: DIN EN 1092-1 type 1, DIN 2573 and DIN 2576.

Plain flanges for ventilation technology
Wir fertigen Flansche für lufttechnische Anlagen. Dabei berücksichtigen wir die gängigen Normen und Qualitätsanforderungen. Wir liefern Flachflansche gemäß DIN 24154 und DIN 24155.

Flanges for use in shipbuilding
We manufacture flanges for use in ventilation systems. When doing so, we also factor in all common standards and quality requirements. We supply plain flanges in accordance with the standards DIN 24154 and DIN 24155.
