Standard and special flanges

Our product range includes custom turned, drilled and milled components as well as standard and special flanges of the highest quality and accuracy.

Flanges based on ASME standards

We design and manufacture flanges in accordance with the ASME standards, for example for use in pressure vessels. Our flanges are suitable for a variety of different pressures depending on the design used. We supply flanges in accordance with the following ASME standards: ASME B 16.5, B 16.47  Series A and Series B.

Welding flanges with attachment pieces and slip-on flanges

These flanges are slid onto the pipe with their attachment pieces and then welded on. We supply welding flanges in accordance with standards DIN 86029 and DIN 86030.

Smooth flanges and collars

When required in smaller dimensions, these types of flange are normally manufactured from sheet metal. In the case of larger flanges, a bending process is used to bend flat bar steel into rings, turn it and/or drill it.

We supply smooth flanges in accordance with the following standards: DIN EN 1092-1 type 1, DIN 2573 and DIN 2576.

Plain flanges for ventilation technology

We manufacture flanges for use in ventilation systems. When doing so, we also factor in all common standards and quality requirements. We supply plain flanges in accordance with the standards DIN 24154 and DIN 24155.

Flanges for use in shipbuilding

For shipbuilding applications, we manufacture flanges for exhaust gas piping in accordance with DIN 86044. In doing so, we comply with all relevant standards and quality requirements.

Eine große runde Metallplatte mit mehreren segmentierten Bereichen, die jeweils dicht angeordnete Bohrungen enthalten. Die Platte liegt auf einer Holzpalette und zeigt unterschiedliche Lochmuster sowie gefräste Konturen.
Eine runde Metallplatte mit zahlreichen gleichmäßig angeordneten Bohrungen liegt in einer Werkhalle. Die Oberfläche ist dunkel und glatt, der Hintergrund unscharf.
Eine Metallplatte mit vielen gleichmäßigen Bohrungen, kombiniert mit zwei langen gefrästen Nuten, liegt auf einer Werkbank. Die Oberfläche zeigt polierte Kanten und sauber bearbeitete Strukturen.
