Since 1934, KIEL FLANSCHEN has stood for the manufacture of flanges, rings and machined components of the highest quality.

As a family-owned company in its third generation, based in Siegen, we provide solutions for standard flanges, special flanges, perforated plates, support plates, heat exchanger tube sheets and high-quality CNC machining according to customer requirements.

We manufacture steel flanges and special components in dimensions ranging from a few centimeters up to 6,000 mm in diameter. With a modern machine park, qualified employees and a broad range of materials, we set benchmarks in metal machining. We offer machining services either as customized contract manufacturing or as subcontract machining.

Expertise in materials and standards

As a member of the Fachvereinigung Stahlflanschen and the Industrial Association for Pressure Vessels, Apparatus and Steel Structures (IDAS), KIEL FLANSCHEN is continuously informed about the latest developments in the fields of materials and standardization and is able to implement them immediately in its own production.

Currently, the management is a member of the Technical Committee of the Fachvereinigung Stahlflanschen and serves on the Board of IDAS.

Certified quality

Our manufacturing operations are certified by TÜV Nord in accordance with Directive 2014/68/EU (PED).

Standard testing procedures include ultrasonic testing, radiographic testing, dye penetrant testing and magnetic particle testing, as well as the issuance of material certificates in accordance with EN 10204.

We are a member of the German Steel Flanges Association (Fachvereinigung Stahlflanschen e.V.)

We are a member of the Industrial Association for Pressure Vessels, Apparatus and Steel Structures (IDAS).
