Welding flanges with hubs, slip-on flanges

These flanges are welded with the hub pushed onto the pipe and subsequently welded. We supply welding flanges according to DIN 86029 to DIN 86030.

Smooth flanges and collars

These flange forms are manufactured in small dimensions, usually from one piece of sheet metal. For larger flanges, the flat bars are bent into rings using a bending method and subsequently welded, then, depending on the requirement, lathed and drilled.

We supply smooth flanges in accordance with these standards:

  • DIN EN 1092-1 Type 1
  • DIN 2573
  • DIN 2576

Flat-nosed flanges for ventilation technology

We manufacture flanges for ventilation plants. While doing so, we take the common standards and quality requirements into consideration. We supply flat-nosed flanges according to DIN 24154 to DIN 24155.

Flanges for shipbuilding

For shipbuilding, we manufacture flanges for exhaust gas lines according to DIN 86044. While doing so, we take the common standards and quality requirements into consideration.
